He spent about three hours onsite and had the report complete the same day - about 5 hours after completion. We were very pleased with the report detail. Pat was very communicative & friendly throughout the entire process.

Needed a home inspection, prior to my option period expiring Pat explained the whole process and did the inspection the very next day and provided the results that evening as promised. His good works allowed me to go back to the sell and request some repairs.
